1. Token Usage: $ECOM tokens are strictly utility tokens intended for the purchase of products / services in the E-Commerce.Agi.Eth Ecosystem, such as .............................................................................................................................................the ORCHESTRATOR PASSES, CLUB PASSES, etc. They are not intended for investment or speculative purposes.

2. Non-Refundable: Purchases of $ECOM tokens are final and non-refundable.

3. No Exchange Service: The issuer of $ECOM tokens does not provide exchange services between $ECOM and other currencies (fiat or crypto). $ECOM tokens are not intended to be used as a digital currency or a medium of exchange.

4. Limited Transferability: $ECOM tokens are intended to be used solely within the issuer's ecosystem and are not transferable outside of the platform for trading or other purposes.

5. No Guarantee of Value: The issuer does not guarantee any specific value of the $ECOM token in relation to fiat currencies or other cryptocurrencies.

6. Regulatory Compliance: It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the purchase and use of $ECOM tokens comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) laws.

7. User Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the purchase and use of $ECOM tokens comply with laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

8. Changes to Terms: The issuer reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time, subject to regulatory compliance.
